Cabane du Prafleuri closed until the 5th August 2019

Last week the Cabane du Prafleuri was forced to closed until the 5th August 2019. Alternative accommodation can be found at the Hotel Dixence, Barrage de Dixence about 1hr 30mins further on from the refuge.

This will make the day from the Cabane Mont Fort or Cabane du Louvie much longer so be prepared! The following day you will need to ascend to the barrage and continue the walk along lake Dix rejoins the Walkers Haute Route trail to the Pas de Chèvre or the Col Reidmattern.
