Our final guided & self guided groups have headed out on the trail this week. With cold weather forecast the season was set to finish the way it stared, with lots of white stuff above 1800m!

Alex has arrived in Courmayeur with our last TMB group of the season. It was a cold day yesterday going over the Col du Bonhomme but today was beautiful going over the Col de la Seigne into Italy. No microspikes needed, just pleanty of good warm kit. As long as you dont have strong winds, poor visibility and sub-zero temperatures the routes are passable. Of course this is dependent on experience & ability, if in doubt descend to lower ground.
