France
Emmanuel Macron, in his fourth televised address to the nation since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic announced France’s EU (Schengen) borders would be open as of 15th June and its non-EU borders from 1st July. UK and Spanish visitors to France will be however asked to self-quarantine.
Therefore, we can finally look at welcoming our overseas guests into the country from the 1st July. This is great timing for trekking this summer as most of the trails will be open.
Have a look at our website for dates and prices: popup and or our recent blog for more information.

They are not making an announcement on international travel until the beginning of July. However, we expect their announcement to fall in-line with Europe who have largely announced openings between 1st and 3rd of July.
The government still urges the population to follow social distancing and hygiene recommendations, however there is no obligation to wear face masks in public. And the “extraordinary situation” will be officially lifted on June 19.

For international tourists, the rules depend on which country you're travelling from: There is no quarantine when entering Italy, but unless you are from a country listed as safe, you will still not be allowed to enter.
Tourists arriving from “safe” countries will not face any restrictions upon entering Italy, though depending on their own country's rules they may be required to quarantine when they return home.
